    To provide BI offering based on SAP BusinessObjects Edge technology

    IT business systems and managed services company Maxima Holdings has won a new contract from Addison Lee to deploy business intelligence (BI) offering based on SAP BusinessObjects Edge technology.

    Under the contract, Maxima will provide BI offering for account teams and sales management staff at Addison's central London headquarters with real time insight into 24/7 operation of the company's fleet of 3,000 vehicles.

    The BI offering will also provide Addison's executive and operational managers with real-time dashboards, allowing them to drill-down for further details, carry out root-cause analysis, and generate daily information and alerts on specific operational performance issues.

    Addison Lee IT director Peter Ingram said that when Maxima introduced SAP BusinessObjects Edge, the company immediately saw that it would be possible for it to secure all benefits of SAP BusinessObjects in a cost-effective package that was backed by Maxima's expertise.
